Flystick3 is a new 120g lightweight interaction device. It is equipped with an active target, 4 buttons and an analoge joystick for wireless interaction in a virtual environment.

Software DTrack2 takes up the Flystick3 button & joystick events and correlates them with the 6DOF output data. This makes the matching of all data very comfortable and easy.

Attention: This device is only supported by DTrack2.


Flystick3 comes with:

 

  • 1 power supply for charging (100-240 Volt, 50-60 Hz),
  • 1 battery pack,
  • 1 transmitter.

Compatibility

 Flystick3 data can be received by trackd, VRPN, VR Juggler and most applications with direct interfaces.

Warning: Old distributions of trackd v5.5 contain a module unable to read the new Flystick protocol (6df2). If trackd v5.5 correctly receives standard tracking data, but does not receive Flystick data, please download the v5.5 artdtrack module from this web page.
